Journal Club Once a month, usually the fourth Monday, affiliates of the Medical University of South Carolina Obstetrics and Gynecology Department enjoy dinner at one of Charleston’s restaurants. The department has sponsored the annual symposium for forty years. The three-day conference includes distinguished guest faculty with international recognition in assisted reproductive technologies, gynecological issues in women’s health and care of the postmenopausal woman. Together with an outstanding host faculty they present scientific background and experience relevant for the clinical practice of a variety of gynecologists and women’s health providers. CME credit.
