Interview Day

Interviewing at our program actually begins the night before the interview. Happy hour with the residents at a local restaurant encourages discussion in a relax atmosphere. Spouses, significant others, and friends are encouraged to attend.

Typical Tuesday Interview (November 13, 27 and December 4, 18 - 10:00a.m. - 4:30p.m.)

• Happy Hour the night before, 6 p.m. - Fish Restaurant
  
• Presentation of Program
• Tour of facilities
• Lunch with faculty & residents
• Interview with faculty and resident(s)
  
• Day lasts from 10:00 a.m. to around 4:30 p.m.
• Shuttle will take you to and from:  MUSC

Typical Friday Interview (November 30 and December 7, 14 - Two interview groups:  A.M. & P.M.)

• Happy Hour the night before, 6 p.m. - The Grocery
  
• Two groups of eight applicants
  
• A.M. group arrives at 7:30a.m. for light breakfast
• Interview with faculty and resident(s)
• Group Tour
• Lunch (A.M. group leaves around 2:00p.m.)
• P.M. group arrives at 11:00a.m.
• Group Tour & Lunch
  
• P.M. group interviews from 2:00-5:00p.m.
• Shuttle will take you to and from:  MUSC
