The Membership Office
792-5757 The membership office is open from 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to enroll new members, renew or cancel memberships and to address questions. Tours of the Harper Student Wellness Center are available during all of hours every day we are open.
All memberships are full-year contracts. Membership fees may be paid in full, in six-month installments, through payroll deduction or bank draft. Once the initial year is completed, your membership will be extended into the next year unless you request otherwise. Membership fees will continue to be drafted or deducted through payroll or bank draft, unless you cancel.
Parking: Parking Management will issue cards for $10 to eligible community members for the Harper Student Center parking garage under the building. The letter of verification issued to each member must be taken to the Office of Parking Management at 91 President Street to receive a parking pass. Clinical Memberships
Clinical Memberships are reviewed by Dr. Larry Blumenthal. Physician referrals may be faxed to 792-1506 for approval. Guest Passes: Guest passes are available only from the membership desk. The member guest fee is $10 and the student guest fee is $5.00 per day. Prospective members can put up to 1 guest pass toward a membership. Pertinent Information You must be 18 years old to join the center. To be eligible for the dependent rate, you must be either a spouse of a full-time member or a dependent child between the ages of 18 and 21 years old, living within the family residence of a full-time member. A marriage certificate must be shown to join as a student spouse or resident spouse. For your safety, personal conflicts in the center are prohibited and may result in the termination of membership. Personal conflict includes stalking, verbal harassment, damage of personal property, physical abuse and other actions deemed unruly by our staff. The nature and seriousness of the conflict will be determined by the Executive Director, Harper Student Wellness Center.
