Heart Bypass Surgery Animation
Heart bypass surgery (Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting or CABG) is a procedure where an artery or vein is taken from the leg, attached to aorta, used to create a new pathway to the heart, bypassing the blockage in the artery. This video illustrates a heart with blocked arteries, as well as how bypass surgery can correct this problem.
