You will be connected to a referral coordinator. They will request demographic and clinical information on the patient. Referral coordinators are available 8 am to 11 pm Monday through Friday. After hours, weekends and holidays, calls are answered by the MUSC hospital operator. The operator conducts brief triage and transfers calls to the most appropriate personnel for referral management.
