The Medical University of South Carolina Library acquires, manages, and maintains resources of knowledge in the biomedical and health sciences in support of the University's overall mission of educating health care professionals, delivering high quality clinical care, and advancing medical science through biomedical research. The Library provides services based on these resources and provides access to relevant services, resources, and databases external to its collections.

Many of the Library's electronic journals are only available on line to MUSC faculty, staff, employees and students.
