Family Medicine Center Pharmacy
The Family Medicine Pharmacy provides pharmacy services to patients with MUSC affiliations as well as patients of the Family Medicine Center at 650 Ellis Oak Avenue, James Island. In addition to providing prescription medications, the pharmacy also provides some over-the-counter items such as pain relievers, cough and cold remedies, anti-diarrheal, and allergy medications.

Refills
Phone or fax your refill request. For refill requests, we require the following information:
- Patient's name
- Patient's date of birth
- Prescription number or name of medication
- Phone number or e-mail address in case we need to get in contact with you
Please note we CANNOT accept e-mail refill requests.
