Milton Armstrong, M.D. Kevin O. Delaney, M.D. Dr. Delaney's specialties include all techniques of breast reconstruction including DIEP flap breast reconstruction, cosmetic breast surgery including breast augmentation and breast lift surgery, cosmetic and reconstructive facial surgery, body contouring surgery including abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), brachioplasty (upper arm lift), thigh lift, and liposuction. Dr. Delaney also specializes in hand and upper extremity surgery for the treatment of hand and wrist conditions including carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, tendonitis, Dupuytren's Disease, arthritis, fractures, tendon injuries, and nerve injuries. He also uses Botox and surgical techniques in the treatment of migraine headaches. A graduate of Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine (NEOUCOM), he completed his general surgery residency as well as a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Delaney then completed a hand and upper extremity surgery fellowship at The University of Miami in Miami, Florida. He is board certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Delaney is currently an Assistant Professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina. Richard M. Kline, M.D. Dr. Kline’s specialties include cleft lip and palate repair, craniofacial surgery, and microsurgery. Dr. Kline received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed a general surgery residency at the Cleveland Clinic. He then completed his plastic surgery residency at Louisiana State University Medical Center and spent an additional year at the University of Miami training in craniofacial surgery. Dr. Kline is double board certified in general surgery and plastic surgery.

O’Neill, M.D., FACS Among Dr. O’Neill’s specialties are body contouring; breast surgery; breast reconstruction, including DIEP and other free flaps; and microsurgery. A graduate of MUSC medical school, he completed general surgery and plastic surgery residencies here, and a residency in hand and microsurgery at the Kleinert Institute for Hand Surgery in Louisville, KY. Dr. O’Neill is board certified in surgery, plastic surgery and hand surgery. He is currently MUSC’s Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery, an Assistant Professor of Surgery and Medical Director of the MUSC Plastic Surgery Center. Dennis K. Schimpf, M.D. Dr. Schimpf is board certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. He practices cosmetic plastic and reconstructive surgery of both the face and body. Dr. Schimpf provides reconstructive options for all types of oncologic problems. He is proficient in perforator based flaps and has extensive expertise in microsurgical techniques, more specifically DIEP free flap breast reconstruction. Dr. Schimpf is skilled in body contouring techniques that target both the face and body of patients who have undergone massive weight loss. He offers a wide variety of cosmetic procedures including, but not limited to, the mini facelift/facial rejuvenation, abdominoplasty, as well as mastopexy and breast augmentation. Currently, he is an attending surgeon at MUSC where he functions both as Assistant Professor of Surgery and as Associate Program Director for the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency Training Program. Brian G. Widenhouse, M.D. Dr. Widenhouse’s specialties are cosmetic surgery, breast surgery, body contouring and liposculpture. He received his medical degree from the East Carolina University and completed his residency in plastic surgery at Wake Forest University. Dr. Widenhouse is board certified in plastic surgery. He is currently a clinical assistant professor for MUSC’s Division of Plastic Surgery.
