Outpatients can park for free with a validated parking stub. Take your parking stub into your appointment, and ask the receptionist to validate your stub when you check out. Or, outpatients can use the Rutledge Tower valet parking service for $4.00. Drive your vehicle to the main entrance on Rutledge Avenue. Valet parking is also available at the main entrance to the Ashley River Tower.

Who do I call if I have a question about a bill?
If you were in the hospital, you should call hospital billing at 792-2311 locally or toll free 1-800-598-0624. If you were an outpatient or have a clinic bill, call UMA billing at 843-792-6200 locally or toll free 1-800-868-5051. I am scheduled for outpatient surgery. How do I find out the time of my surgery and when I need to be at the hospital?
Outpatient surgery registration will contact you the afternoon prior to your surgery date. If you have not received a phone call by 4pm the afternoon before, you may call 843-876-0116.
