What We Do
Guest Relations Representatives are available to help make the experience at MUSC more comfortable for patients and their family members. Some of the services provided include:

Information on discount accommodations in the Charleston area  Information about the MUSC Hospitals  Hospital tours for family members  Information about transportation between local hotels and MUSC  Information on dining and sight-seeing in Charleston

We have several guest relations representatives in the hospital, so that we can support a large section of the patient population, their friends and family.  The grid at the bottom of this page identifies the hours of coverage and contact information for guest relations staff for specific areas of the medical center complex, but all guest services representatives are available to assist all families with hotel accommodations regardless of the service area.

Patient and Family Liaison Program
The Patient and Family Liaison Program was established as a means to offer assistance to patients and their families who have questions, concerns, suggestions, or complaints about care or services provided by MUSC. A representative can be reached at 792-5555.
