What We Do
House Concierges are available to help make the experience at MUSC more comfortable for patients and their family members. Some of the services provided include:

We have several house concierges in the hospital, so that we can support a large section of the patient population, their friends and family.  The grid at the bottom of this page identifies the hours of coverage and contact information for guest relations staff for specific areas of the medical center complex, but all guest services representatives are available to assist all families with hotel accommodations regardless of the service area.
