PANCREATIC CANCER PATIENTS

Nicole Wrazin, RN III, BSN, OCN
Nicole serves as the nurse navigator for pancreatic cancer patients, supporting patients throughout their journey at MUSC.  As a nurse navigator, she works closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure that the patients are receiving the best care possible without delays.  Throughout the course of the patient's treatment, she paves the way by coordinating care among the various specialties within the MUSC Digestive Disease Center, Hollings Cancer Center and other MUSC facilities.  Above all, she wants to make the process as easy and positive as possible for each patient.
