Request for Promotional Items
The MUSC community outreach program supports the Medical Center’s initiatives both on campus and throughout the Charleston area. We try our best to fulfill many of the incoming requests for giveaway items and brochures; however, please understand our resources and supplies are limited.
We keep all of our promotional materials off campus, and orders are delivered to our office on a regular weekly schedule.
Therefore, we ask that you submit your request at least 2 weeks prior to your event due to the high volume of requests and the delivery schedule.

All requests will be reviewed, and you will be contacted via email within 2 business days regarding the requested materials. If we are able to fulfill your request, please plan to pick up your items between 8:30am-5pm on Monday-Friday in our office:
