Pediatric Nutrition Manager (CNM2):

Job Description:
Sodexo is seeking a full-time (includes benefits) Pediatric Nutrition Manager at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston, SC.  MUSC Children’s Hospital (approximately 160 beds) is dedicated to enhancing the health of children throughout South Carolina. As a Clinical Nutrition Manager (CNM) you will plan, coordinate and manage all patient nutrition care activities complying with the standards established by Sodexo, MUSC, and regulatory agencies. You will develop and implement cost effective, profit-generating nutrition programs, function as a member of the multidisciplinary health care team to implement nutrition care plans and function as a member of the patient satisfaction team. You will establish and maintain policies, standards and programs for the provision of optimal, cost-effective nutrition care to patients. This includes coordinating and directing all clinical activities and demonstrating appropriate staffing levels, and providing direct patient care.

Job Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree with the completion of DPD requirements
Registration with Commission on Dietetic Registration is required
Minimum of 4-6 years experience in clinical specialty area
Licensed or licensed eligible in the state of South Carolina
Computer and word processing experience
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:
1 year working in pediatrics
Board Certification as Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition (CSP)
A Masters Degree
