Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Association
The ALS Association (ALSA) is the only national not-for-profit voluntary health organization dedicated solely to the fight against ALS, or Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (often called Lou Gehrig's disease). The mission of The ALS Association is to find a cure for and improve living with ALS.

Alzheimer's Association
The Alzheimer's Association is the world leader in Alzheimer research and support. The association's nationwide network of chapters offer frontline support to individuals affected by Alzheimer's with services that include 24/7 information and referral, safety services, and education and support groups.  Our vision is a world without Alzheimer's disease.

American Council for Headache Education (ACHE)
The ACHE Is a nonprofit patient-health professional partnership dedicated to advancing the treatment and management of headache and to raising the public awareness of headache as a valid, biologically based illness. 

 Brain Injury Association of America
Brain Injury Association of America was founded in 1980 by a group of individuals who wanted to improve the quality of life for their family members who had sustained brain injuries.  The association encompasses a national network of more than 40 chartered state affiliates across the country, as well as hundreds of local chapters and support groups.

 Epilepsy Foundation of America
The Epilepsy Foundation will ensure that people with seizures are able to participate in all life experiences; and will prevent, control and cure epilepsy through research, education, advocacy and services.

 Guillain-Barré Syndrome Foundation International
The Guillain-Barré Syndrome Foundation International focuses on providing informative support and increasing the opportunities for patients, family and friends to network and communicate.

 Meningitis Foundation of America
The goals of this foundation are to support sufferers of Spinal Meningitis and their families, to provide information to educate the public and medical professionals about Meningitis so that its early diagnosis and treatment will save lives, and to help support the development of vaccines and other means of treating and/or preventing meningitis.

  Muscular Dystrophy Association
The Muscular Dystrophy Association is a voluntary health agency — a dedicated partnership between scientists and concerned citizens aimed at conquering neuromuscular diseases that affect more than a million Americans.

National Institute of Neurological Disorders & Stroke (NINDS)
The mission of NINDS is to reduce the burden of neurological disease - a burden borne by every age group, by every segment of society, by people all over the world.

 National Multiple Sclerosis Society
The mission of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society is to end the devastating effects of MS.
The Society and its network of chapters nationwide promote research, educate, advocate on critical issues, and organize a wide range of programs—including support for the newly diagnosed and those living with MS over time.

 National Parkinson's Foundation
The mission of this foundation is to find the cause and cure for Parkinson's disease and related neurodegenerative disorders through research, to educate general medical practitioners to detect the early warning signs of Parkinson's disease, to educate patients, their caregivers and the general public, and to improve the quality of life for both patients and their caregivers.

National Spinal Cord Injury Association
This Association is the nation's oldest and largest civilian organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for hundreds of thousands of Americans living with the results of spinal cord injury and disease (SCI/D) and their families.
