Neurosciences : Movement Disorders : How You Can Help

For information about giving to the MUSC Movement Disorders Program, contact Debbie Bordeau at (843) 792-4342.

Grants and awards from government agencies and foundations provide us with the means to further our knowledge of movement disorders. However, much of our early work on new ideas requires support before we can apply for such major awards. We depend upon donations from individuals and foundations to support our Movement Disorders Program at MUSC.

Your gift makes a significant difference today in the lives of people suffering from Parkinson's disease and other related disorders. This generosity ensures that the best health care will be there when you and your loved ones need it most.

You may wish to designate your gift to:

  • specific research projects related to Parkinson's disease or movement disorders
  • supporting a promising young faculty member
  • establish a lectureship to promote interdepartmental collaboration and discovery
  • honor or memorialize a friend or relative
  • name a building or room in the University

To make a gift, contact Debbie Bordeau, Director of Development, Neuroscience Institute, at (843) 792-4342 or bordeau@musc.edu.

It is only with support from people like you that we can continue to bring new innovation from the laboratory bench to the hospital bedside to benefit those who are suffering. We thank you for your interest and support.
