Thank you for your interest in MUSC's Comprehensive Stroke & Cerebrovascular Center. There are several ways you can contact us.

If you or a loved one shows signs of a stroke, such as numbness or weakness on one side of the body, difficulty speaking or a sudden severe headache, immediately call 9-1-1 and ask to be taken to MUSC.

New Patients:
If you would like to make an appointment or speak with someone about health care services offered at the Comprehensive Stroke & Cerebrovascular Center, contact MUSC Health Connection at 843-792-1414 between 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can also complete our online appointment request form and a customer service representative will contact you within one business day.

Established Patients:
If you're already an established patient with the MUSC Comprehensive Stroke & Cerebrovascular Center, please contact us at 843-792-3223 or use our online appointment request form.


Referring Physicians:
To refer a patient to the Comprehensive Stroke & Cerebrovascular Center, please call MEDULINE at 843-792-2200 or 1-800-922-5250 or you may also submit an online referral through our Physician Portal.
