New Patients:

If you would like to make an appointment or speak with someone about health care services offered, contact MUSC Health Connection at 843-792-1414 between 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can also complete our online appointment request form and a customer service representative will contact you within one business day.

Established Patients:

If you're already an established patient with the MUSC Multiple Sclerosis Clinic, please contact us at 843-792-7137 or use our online appointment request form.

Referring Physicians:

To refer a patient, please call MEDULINE at 843-792-2200 or 1-800-922-5250 or you may also submit an online referral through our Physician Portal.
