Sheila Murphy, a patient living with lupus, discusses her experience with lupus and describes two MUSC clinical studies in which she is a participant. She explains the importance of clinical study volunteers in helping to forward the goal of effective lupus treatment. Ms. Murphy also notes the excellent care she receives at MUSC both through clinical trials and as a patient in general.
