Dr. Jerry Reves, the Dean of the College of Medicine and VP for Medical Affairs, talks about the leadership and teamwork required for the MUSC Hollings Cancer Center to become the 64th Cancer Center in the country to receive the National Cancer Institute Designation. The years of planning, research and hard work paid off when the NCI designation was announced in March 2009. NCI designation signals to patients and the public that our researchers and physicians bring the most current/cutting-edge treatments to patients in SC.
