Dr. Roger Newman is principal investigator for the national Standard for Normal Fetal Growth study at MUSC. Sponsored by the NIH, this new study will allow for a better determination of normal fetal growth based on individual maternal and fetal variables using ultrasounds instead of the previous standard of fundal height.
