Dr. Jill Mauldin talks about the benefits of exercise and how you will better tolerate the ups and downs of pregnancy, including the delivery, if you exercise thirty minutes a day. Dr. Mauldin suggests walking or swimming, but also recommends you talk to your physician to ensure you're doing the right type of exercise for your pregnancy.
