Week 7 - Nutrition

At week 7 of your pregnancy it's important to think about your nutrition and what is best for you and the baby. Dr. Jill Mauldin talks about how many additional calories you should eat per day and the number of pounds an expectant mother should gain throughout the pregnancy. Dr. Mauldin also talks about the importance of eating a variety of foods such as lean meats, dairy products, whole grains and vegetables.
