Five Key Components to Aging in Place – Transportation

Chairman of the board of the South Carolina Aging in Place Coalition, Paul Franklin, talks with Sally Smith in this aging podcast about the issue of transportation for older adults. Mobility is a crucial element to both independence and ability to accomplish many aspects of daily living, making transportation a key to happy and healthy aging. Mr. Franklin provides information on the Independent Transportation Network, a twenty-four hour per day door-to-door driving service offered in Charleston.
