Chairman of the board of the South Carolina Aging in Place Coalition, Paul Franklin describes an arm of the umbrella organization called Aging in Place Connections. He discusses the utilization of group presentations so that various resources can be elucidated simultaneously. He also notes the discrepancy in resource availability between different cities and rural communities in South Carolina.
