Ms. Sally Shields, the supervisor for genetic counseling at MUSC, discusses how genetic counselors deliver results of genetic testing for a baby found to have chromosomal abnormality. She talks about the importance of making preparations for a baby that has been diagnosed with a lethal abnormality and also touches upon the support provided by the genetic counseling and delivery teams at MUSC.
