Pancreas Imaging: Options for Imaging

An abdominal ultrasound of the pancreas can often be difficult to get a clear picture of what’s happening to the pancreas, so other options are often used to view the pancreas. Gastroenterologist, Dr. Joseph Romagnuolo, talks about how a CT scan is used with dye for a detailed image of the pancreas. Dr. Romagnuolo also talks about using an MRI to view the pancreas, as well as an endoscopic ultrasound.
