Fever in Children: When to go to the ER

Dr. Keith Borg, an Emergency Medicine physician, explains when a child should be taken to the emergency room because of a fever and other symptoms such as, a change in the child’s breathing pattern or mental status. Dr. Borg also discusses other illnesses that will require a trip to the emergency room or a call to the pediatric physician.
