What do I need to watch a video? You will need Macromedia Flash Player® version 8 or higher to watch these videos.  Once you select the video name, the video will begin playing.  More information on Flash Player®
How do I select a video to play? Select the category of videos from the list on the left side of the screen.  The related videos display on the right side of the screen.  Scroll to find the video you want and click on the video name.  The video will begin playing immediately.
	What are my options while watching a video? You can pause the video and then select to play again, you can view the video in a full screen, and you can change the volume of the video, using the playback controls at the bottom of the video viewer.
