Adult Nurse Practitioner Lanna Smith, R.N., CNP, with the MUSC Heart Failure Program will discuss all aspects of managing congestive heart failure. This group meets the second Wednesday of each month from 3-4 p.m. at Mathis Ferry Plantation (formerly Park Place Assisted Living), 601 Mathis Ferry Road, Mt. Pleasant - first floor fireside parlor.
