Established Patients
If you're already an established patient with the MUSC Heart & Vascular Center, please contact Adult Cardiology at (843) 792-3355 or Pediatric Cardiology at (843) 792-3300 or use our online appointment request form.

Referrals
If you are a physician and would like to make a referral to one of our specialists at the heart center, please contact MUSC’s dedicated consultation telephone service, MEDULINE, at 1-800-922-5250 or (843) 792-2200 in the Charleston area. A representative is available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Research & Clinical Trials
