If you have installed podcasting software (e.g. iTunes, iPodder, Odeo) on your computer, you can subscribe to an e-newsletter topic. Subscribing means that your podcasting software will receive the last 10 e-newsletters in that topic, as well as subsequent monthly issues as they are published. These e-newsletter health podcasts will be available in your podcasting software after you subscribe, and you can download them to your MP3 player. To subscribe to health podcasts, just click the link in the Subscribe column next to the category of interest. A page will display with subscription options for a variety of podcasting software.
