| Robert Mallin, MD
Dr. Mallin initially joined the department in 1998. In 2011 he left for a position as Chair of Clinical Medicine at The American University of Antigua. He returned in 2012, as a tenured professor and Associate Chair for Education in the Department of Family Medicine. He is also the Program director of the Trident Family Medicine Residency. In addition to Family Medicine board certification he is certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine and in that capacity serves as a consultant to the MUSC Transplant Program.
