Now available to MUSC, MUHA, and UMA employees and their immediate family members is the convenience of the Employee Advantage call back service from the MUSC Department of Family Medicine.

This service allows you to productively wait in your office until your clinical provider is ready for you or a member of your immediate family.

When you do not have a scheduled visit and would like to be seen for same day care, simply decide which office you would like to visit and call the number listed between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm. We will call you back when we anticipate you are ready to be seen 15 minutes from the time of our call to you. This should allow you to be seen with minimal waiting time at our facility.
