| Dr. Christi Geier joined MUSC’s East Cooper Women’s Center in 2005. She completed medical school at East Carolina University and residency at MUSC. Dr. Geier currently serves as Director for Obstetrics and Gynecology at East Cooper Medical Center. She provides comprehensive obstetrics and gynecological services, and her special interests include preconception counseling, obstetrics, exercise in pregnancy, advanced laparoscopy including laparoscopic hysterectomy and minimally invasive treatments for dysfunctional bleeding. | |
| Dr. Natalie Hammond joined MUSC’s East Cooper Women’s Center in 2007. She completed medical school and residency at MUSC. Dr. Hammond provides comprehensive obstetrics and gynecological services, and her special interests include obstetrics, advanced laparoscopic surgery and minimally invasive surgery. | |
| Dr. Toya Pound joined MUSC’s East Cooper Women’s Center when it opened in 2001 and is the medical director for the practice. She completed medical school and residency at MUSC. She provides comprehensive obstetrics and gynecological services, and her special interests include child and adolescent gynecology. |
| Dr. Laura Stickler joined MUSC’s East Cooper Women’s Center in 2005. She completed medical school at West Virginia University School of Medicine and residency at the University of Florida. Dr. Stickler provides comprehensive obstetrics and gynecological services, and her special interests include the treatment for abnormal Pap smears and osteoporosis. | |
| Dr. Bridget Williamson joined MUSC’s East Cooper Women’s Center in 2004. She completed medical school and residency at MUSC. Dr. Williamson provides comprehensive obstetrics and gynecological services, and her special interests include hysteroscopic sterilization, obstetrics, and alternatives to hysterectomy. | |
| Dr. Paul Underwood joined MUSC's East Cooper Women's Center in 2001 as a Gynecologist. Dr. Underwood graduated undergrad from Furman University and completed medical school at MUSC. After medical school, Dr. Underwood completed his residency at MUSC and a fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at M.D. Anderson Hospital and Tumor Institute in Houston, Texas. He was the first oncologist in South Carolina and will see anything gynecologic. | |
| Karen Hilbert joined MUSC's East Cooper Women's Center in 2013 as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and completed the Women's Health Nurse Practitioner program at the Medical College of Virginia. Karen provides OB/GYN care for women of all ages with special interests in young adult care, contraception, preconception counseling and menopause. |
