Many of the medically necessary procedures performed at Storm Eye Institute are covered by most insurance plans. If drooping eyelids or excess skin interferes with your vision, surgery may be considered medically necessary. However, insurance plans do not typically cover the costs of procedures that affect the lower lids and under the eyes.

Insurance plans also do not cover the costs of cosmetic procedures such as filler injections and laser resurfacing, chemical peels or permanent makeup.

Storm Eye Institute has developed a professional relationship with a local financial institution to help patients finance their elective procedures. Your patient educator will discuss the various treatment options, insurance coverage and payment options for each procedure to help develop a plan that works best for your individual needs.

Call us today at (843) 792-8100 for more information about any of our cosmetic services or to request a price list for our plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures.
