Health Connection is a telephone line answered by specially trained Customer Service Representatives and Health Resource Nurses. 

Customer Service Representatives

7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday
Specially trained representatives can assist you with:

• Appointment scheduling
• Class and community event registration
• Information about health screenings
• Health related questions
• Information about MUSC physicians
• MUSC healthcare services
   

Med-U-Nurse

8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday
Nursing professionals who are available to:

• Discuss your symptoms
• Answer your questions about general health concerns
• Help determine if you need to see a doctor
• Provide assistance with physician referrals
• Provide information about MUSC services
