The Center for Drug and Alcohol Programs (CDAP) is one of the nation’s premier academic centers for the study and treatment of alcohol and substance abuse. Based in the Institute of Psychiatry (IOP) at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), CDAP is multifaceted and includes alcohol and drug addiction research, alcohol and drug abuse treatment, substance abuse training, and community outreach and substance abuse education components.

CDAP is directed by Dr. Raymond F. Anton and staffed by highly trained substance addiction professionals, including nationally and internationally known drug and alcohol abuse researchers and clinicians. We are always on the lookout for valuable team members. If you do not see an opening with the links below, feel free to send us your information for future reference: boydmg@musc.edu
