New Patients

All new patients need a referral from a doctor or a dentist.

Preparing For Your First Appointment

If you would like to make an appointment or speak with someone, contact MUSC Health Connection at 843-792-1414 between 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can also complete our online appointment request form and a customer service representative will contact you within one business day.

Most new patients are seen in an outpatient clinic and are not directly admitted to MUSC.  If you need to discuss a hospital-to-hospital transfer, please call 843-792-2123 to speak with the Head and Neck Surgery on-call resident.

Referring Physicians

To refer a patient to the MUSC Head and Neck Tumor Center, please call MEDULINE at 843-792-2200 or 1-800-922-5250. You may also submit an online referral through our Physician Portal.

Established Patients

If you're already an established patient with the MUSC Head and Neck Tumor Center, please contact us at 843-792-8363 or use our online appointment request form.
