Medical Team

MUSC Hollings Cancer Center’s Gynecologic Cancer Team encompasses all of the specialists related to a patient’s individual cancer needs.  Team members gather in one place to make the patient’s care more efficient and effective.  We review individual cases each week during Gynecologic Tumor Board Meetings, make treatment recommendations and schedule appointments to accommodate the patient’s comfort and convenience.  During these meetings, we also identify patients who would be good candidates for clinical trials. This level of thoroughness and patient focus is what makes our care unique.
