Foam Roller - Put It in Your Toolbox!
The foam roller is a great tool that athletes can use throughout every phase of their training. From rehabilitating an injured muscle, to stretching, to warming up with it, the foam roller is a valuable tool to any runner’s routine. Here are a couple ways to target key muscle groups. Each exercise should be performed slowly, and move completely down the entire muscle, stopping at any areas that are tender and need additional work.
