Physical Therapist

MUSC has physical therapists that work specifically with breast cancer and breast reconstruction patients. In addition we have a certified lymphedema specialist who is skilled in lymphatic drainage, compression bandaging, skin care and physical therapy exercises specifically for patients who suffer from lymphedema, a chronic swelling that may occur if lymph nodes are removed during a mastectomy.
