Patrick J. O’Neill, M.D., FACS

Dr. O’Neill specializes in microsurgical breast reconstruction, including DIEP and other free-flap procedures, as well as other breast surgeries and body contouring. A graduate of MUSC medical school, he completed his general surgery and plastic surgery residencies here, and a residency in hand and microsurgery at the Kleinert Institute for Hand Surgery in Louisville, Ky. 

Dr. O’Neill is board certified in surgery, plastic surgery and hand surgery. He is a key part of the MUSC Advanced Breast Reconstruction Program, an assistant professor of surgery and medical director of the MUSC Plastic Surgery Center.
