The Advanced Aortic Surgery Program is located in MUSC's newest facility, Ashley River Tower, located at 25 Courtenay Drive in the beautiful Charleston Peninsula. Ashley River Tower houses MUSC's heart and vascular disease, cancer care and digestive disease centers, and has been designed to offer not only the latest technologies and world renowned physicians, but also provide a convenient hospital with a hotel-like atmosphere.

This state-of-the-art building features 156 beds, including an intensive care unit, operating rooms, laboratories, interventional radiology and endoscopy suites. Within the facility, the heart and vascular center features the most advanced imaging and interventional radiology capabilities in the region, as well as an accredited round-the-clock Chest Pain Center to deliver quick and accurate assessments of heart problems in the earliest critical stages.

A parking garage with direct hospital access for Ashley River Tower patients and their families is located at 5 Charleston Center Drive, off of Courtenay Drive. (This is the former County Garage.)
