MUSChealth.com was honored with five awards for outstanding achievement in Web design and content at the Thirteenth Annual Internet Healthcare Conference in Las Vegas, NV, on November 2-4, 2009.  At the Seventh Annual Greystone.Net Best In Class Awards, awards were presented in eleven categories, showcasing the finest in hospital and healthcare system Web site content and functionality. Greystone selected a Gold, Silver and Bronze winner in each category. MUSC was recognized by Greystone.net for its Web site www.MUSChealth.com in three of the eleven categories, winning a silver medal in each one:
- Innovator's Award
- Best Redesigned Web Site for an Academic Medical Center
- Best Integration of Content to Drive Results
This is the fourth year in a row that MUSChealth.com has won a Best In Class award.  MUSC was also recognized with two eHealthcare Leadership Awards. MUSC was judged against other hospitals with more than 400 beds and received the following awards:
- Gold - Best Health/Healthcare Content
- Platinum - Best Web 2.0
