Thomas L. Stephenson, Esq.
Mr. Stephenson has served on the Board since 1998. The lay representative from Congressional District 4, this Greenville attorney received both BS and JD degrees from the University of South Carolina. Specializing in all types of employment-related litigation as a partner with Nexon, Pruett, Jacobs, and Pollard, Mr. Stephenson is a certified specialist in employment and labor law. He has written many articles on the subject and has served as an adjunct professor of labor law at Clemson University. Mr. Stephenson’s contributions to public service have included President of Legal Services Agency of Western Carolina; President of Greenville Cancer Society; Greenville Civil Service Commission member and 300 for Greenville. He and his wife, Dianne, have two children.
