William H. Bingham, Sr., P.E.
Mr. Bingham is a licensed professional engineer and is president and owner of Hercules Contractors and Engineers, Inc. of Cayce, South Carolina. A lay representative from Congressional District 2, he began his term in 2002. Mr. Bingham is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1950 to 1954. He served on the State Private Industry Council of South Carolina and received the Contractor of the Year Award in 2000. Mr. Bingham is also an officer of the Cayce-West Columbia Lions Club and is a member of the West-Metro Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife, Mary Lynn, have three children.
